Technical Service Engineer (Electrical Equipment)

Location: Bucharest or central Romania; frequent travel across Romania

What you will do

• Install, service, and verify dosing pumps, electrical cabinets, valves, and pre-assembled systems from multiple suppliers.
• Support sales teams and troubleshoot equipment issues for clients.
• Lead on-site installations, perform complex work, and guide or train external contractors on simpler tasks.
• Train clients to operate machinery safely, with particular attention to chemical safety.
• Prepare service reports, collect technical data, and document repair estimates with supporting evidence.
• Plan weekly activities, monitor workshop spare-parts inventory, and complete administrative and development tasks.

Requirements

• At least two years of electrical experience.
• Electrical certification, particularly for electrical panels.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Romania and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to delegate and guide external contractors during installations.
• English at B1 level minimum, primarily for reading manuals and schematics and attending upgrade sessions.
