What you will do

• Design, manage, and track strategic performance programs including efficiency and pricing initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-divisional collaboration to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Analyze KPIs and develop actionable solutions to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Oversee complex projects such as post-merger integration and process transformation.
• Deliver data-driven insights and presentations to stakeholders, including the C-suite.
• Act as an internal consultant to support business units in achieving financial targets.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or procurement controlling.
• Proven track record in KPI development and process optimization.
• Proficiency in SAP/BW, Power BI, and MS Office.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are considered a plus.
• Ability to think strategically and connect procurement with finance and IT.
