What you will do

• Own pricing performance for assigned markets, driving improvements in revenue and contribution margins.
• Develop, optimize, and execute data-driven pricing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (revenue, margin, performance) to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations to support decision-making for Country and Category Management.
• Manage large datasets using Excel and R in close collaboration with Data Science teams.
• Contribute to the evolution of pricing tools, processes, and AI-supported solutions.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or data-driven commercial roles.
• Deep understanding of how pricing impacts revenue, margin, and overall business performance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with R / R Studio is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets to derive insights.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and support complex decision-making.
• Fluent in English and open to regular onsite collaboration with the team in Cologne.
