What you will do
- Own and develop business analytics capabilities for E-Commerce, CRM, and Digital Business functions.
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking frameworks.
- Deliver advanced analyses of e-commerce and customer performance to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Develop scalable data models and reporting architectures to support a growing global business environment.
- Monitor and optimize the customer journey, including acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Implement advanced analytics methodologies and AI-driven use cases to enhance decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in Business/Data Analytics, ideally within E-Commerce, Retail, or Consumer Goods.
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and manage stakeholders.
- Fluent business English skills.
