Requirements

• German proficiency: B2 minimum, C1 strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience in a consultancy or professional services environment.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end data and AI engagements.
• Deep expertise in data platforms, AI/ML use cases, and solution frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to influence C-level stakeholders and manage complex commercial deals.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and capability building.
