What you will do

• Own critical high-volume manufacturing equipment and process line operations.
• Conduct tests and measurements to ensure control over critical dimensions and defectivity.
• Recommend and implement modifications to improve production efficiency, safety, and cost goals.
• Execute maintenance and repair activities for equipment and module components.
• Participate in technology transfer to other global sites through training and audits.
• Manage equipment installation, conversion, and qualification during factory ramps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, E&E, Sciences, or a related field.
• Must be able to work onsite in Penang, Malaysia.
• Ability to manage equipment and process excursion prevention systems.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Nice to have

• Master's degree (MBA or relevant technical field).
