What you will do

• Drive and achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
• Conduct daily merchant visits and maintain strong relationships with store PICs.
• Manage and monitor a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters, including daily activity tracking.
• Ensure correct placement of POP promotional materials in stores.
• Collaborate with partner operational teams to gather field intelligence on competitors and issues.
• Conduct field training and refreshment sessions for the promoter team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work in Yogyakarta and Magelang.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams and territories.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Education: Senior High School or Diploma in any field.

Nice to have

• Specialization in Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.).
• Marketing skills using social media.
