What you will do

• Drive adoption of core technologies including Pulse CO-Oximetry, Rainbow SET, and Brain Function Monitoring.
• Conduct clinical demonstrations, evaluations, and presentations to highlight the value proposition of solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical champions in hospitals.
• Manage account activities, documentation, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Deliver high-impact training seminars and presentations to clinical teams.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounts and Marketing to develop territory strategies and support sensor contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B experience, ideally in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel extensively locally and occasionally regionally.
• Proven track record in managing key customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must be based in or be able to operate within the Northern Java region.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospital or healthcare technology sales specifically in the Northern Java region.
• Familiarity with Hospital IT systems, EMR integration, and wireless monitoring solutions.
