What you will do
- Conduct user research to assess behavior, usage patterns, and motivations.
- Facilitate ideation and workshop sessions with stakeholders to define feature opportunities.
- Design end-to-end experiences for GenAI web interfaces from onboarding to advanced features.
- Develop user flows and prototype design solutions to transform concepts into tangible experiences.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain the design system to ensure visual consistency and high quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of senior-level product design experience for web applications.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Strong expertise in user-centered design methodologies and conducting user interviews.
- Fluent in English with the ability to present design rationale clearly.
- Ability to autonomously drive design activities and meet project timelines.
- Portfolio showcasing design explorations and delivered solutions.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with consumer-facing digital products, particularly AI and conversational interfaces.
- French language capability.
