What you will do

• Design intuitive interfaces for internal business applications, admin panels, and enterprise tools.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams on design solutions.
• Establish and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and usability testing with internal users.
• Optimize information architecture and navigation for applications with extensive feature sets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, with at least 3 years focused on internal applications, enterprise software, or B2B tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex internal applications, admin interfaces, or dashboards.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and component library management.
• Deep understanding of information architecture, workflow design, and designing for efficiency.
• Experience designing for complex data tables, forms, and role-based permissions.
• Strong grasp of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and gather requirements from business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with design systems and component-based design methodologies.
• Background in data visualization and analytics dashboard design.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, enterprise CRM platforms, or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
