Senior UX/UI Designer (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid work with 3 days per week from the office in Gdańsk, Poland

Salary: 17,000–21,000 PLN gross/month under a CoE (UoP) contract

What you will do

• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for a modern enterprise SaaS platform.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, discovery workshops, and other research activities.
• Translate business and user requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and detailed specifications.
• Create consistent, accessible, and scalable interfaces while contributing to the design system and reusable components.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Customer Success teams, and other stakeholders throughout product development.
• Validate and refine designs using user feedback, analytics, usability findings, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI design, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or complex digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and solutions for complex applications.
• Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Proficiency with Figma and interactive prototyping tools.
• Experience with design systems, reusable components, usability principles, accessibility standards, and inclusive design.
• Very good English communication skills at B2+ level.

Nice to have

• Experience designing products for engineering, technical, or other complex enterprise domains.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using AI/LLM tools in research, ideation, prototyping, or design workflows.
• Understanding of frontend implementation constraints and close collaboration with development teams.
