Senior UX/UI Designer (SaaS): Designing intuitive, user-centered experiences for a modern enterprise SaaS platform used by engineering professionals with an accent on complex workflows, user research, and scalable design systems. Focus on transforming complex requirements into high-fidelity prototypes, conducting usability testing, and collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week from the office in Gdańsk, Poland)

Salary: 17,000 – 21,000 PLN gross/month

What you will do

• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for a modern enterprise SaaS platform.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and discovery workshops to identify product improvements.
• Translate business and user requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop consistent, accessible, and scalable interfaces while evolving the design system.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Validate and refine design solutions using user feedback and analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial UX/UI design experience, preferably in SaaS or complex enterprise software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes for complex applications.
• Proficiency with Figma and interactive prototyping tools.
• Experience creating user flows, journey maps, and detailed design specifications.
• Strong understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• English: B2+ communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for engineering or technical enterprise domains.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using AI/LLM tools to support research, ideation, or design workflows.
• Understanding of frontend implementation constraints.
