What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process across product areas, shaping UX direction and aligning it with business goals.
• Create seamless user experiences across digital channels and make strategic design decisions balancing user needs and business considerations.
• Build and maintain components in a Figma library, contributing to new design guidelines and component libraries.
• Design and oversee usability testing using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, advocating for UX and supporting UX critique sessions.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance to help strengthen UX capability across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a UX role.
• Expert prototyping skills using Figma (and tools such as XD).
• Deep understanding of user psychology.
• Accessibility expertise.
• Experience guiding or mentoring junior team members.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
