What you will do

• Research and map institutional client segments including hedge funds, quant firms, and family offices to maintain prospect databases.
• Support BD leads with pitch preparation, meeting follow-ups, and CRM updates.
• Analyze daily volume data and competitor intelligence to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate onboarding workflows between clients, compliance, and product teams.
• Prepare client meeting materials, including product summaries and competitive comparisons.
• Draft internal reports, BD digests, and team briefings.

Requirements

• Final year undergraduate or postgraduate student in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data using AI to spot patterns.
• Genuine curiosity and active following of the crypto, digital asset, and institutional markets space.
• Availability for 5 full working days per week with a minimum contract duration of 6 months.
