Account Engineer (Industrial Automation)

What you will do

• Conduct preventive maintenance and reinstate food packaging and processing equipment according to global procedures.
• Execute installation and commissioning of complete systems and relevant rebuilding/upgrade kits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues onsite and remotely, maintaining an issue resolution database.
• Apply continuous improvement methodology to drive performance at customer sites.
• Provide mechanical and operator training for internal hirify.global staff and customer personnel.
• Manage technical reporting, time entry, and communication regarding business opportunities and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Systems, Automation, Process, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with low and high voltage electrical equipment (24 to 600 volts), including motors, sensors, and control systems.
• Proficiency with Allen Bradley or similar industrial automation platforms and software for troubleshooting and updates.
• Experience rebuilding mechanical systems including seals, bearings, power transmission, pumps, and valves.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings.
