What you will do

• Integrate new automated equipment into the manufacturing ecosystem.
• Perform electrical system modifications of industrial control and safety systems.
• Debug and modify PLC and Robot programs.
• Commission SCADA applications using tools like Ignition, Kepware, and AWS.
• Provide production support for sophisticated manufacturing equipment to improve safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with automation control systems (PLCs, Robots, CNC).
• 3+ years of experience with controls software environments (Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley Control Logix).
• Ability to interpret and review electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Strong skills in design and process simplification.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (Export Control compliance).

Nice to have

• B.S. degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Familiarity with safety standards such as IEC 61131, ANSI B11, NFPA 79, and RIA 15.06.
• Experience developing software in Python or C#.
• Knowledge of NC programming (G-code, TP, Karel).
• Experience with electrical verification of machines and source control for controls code.
