Director, Technology Partnerships (AI)

Location: Remote - Seattle Metro; candidates within a reasonable commute to a hirify.global office must work onsite at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $193,000-$242,000 per year

What you will do

• Own executive and working-level relationships with strategic AI providers, cloud hyperscalers, and data platform vendors.
• Drive joint integrations and co-development efforts from initial scoping through general availability.
• Negotiate technical collaboration agreements covering API access, early model access, and data-sharing arrangements.
• Develop technology partnership strategies aligned with AI-native products, platform scalability, and enterprise compliance, including FedRAMP.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, security, legal, and marketing teams to advance partnerships and co-marketing initiatives.
• Represent hirify.global's technical requirements and use cases in partner roadmap discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or technical alliance management.
• Experience managing relationships with major AI, cloud, or data platform providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, OpenAI, or Anthropic.
• Track record of negotiating and delivering complex technical integrations or joint solutions.
• Experience working within or closely with product and engineering organizations.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, architecture, and integration design, along with executive communication and cross-functional influence.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS or FinTech.
• Strong network within the AI and cloud technology partner ecosystem.
