Senior Business Operations Manager - Product Marketing (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in the United States, with locations in San Jose, California; Morrisville, North Carolina; Boulder, Colorado; and other US locations. In-office and/or in-person expectations apply.

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do

• Lead operating cadences and key business forums, tracking decisions, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables through completion.
• Partner on annual, mid-year, and quarterly planning cycles and manage operational models for global budget planning.
• Implement processes, performance-tracking frameworks, and dashboards across product marketing initiatives.
• Support training and development programs that build skills and capabilities across the organization.
• Manage internal communications and support the Chief of Staff with high-impact cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, program management, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience with operational execution, process scaling, data-driven insights, and decision support.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and experience preparing executive-level deliverables.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve business operations processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
