Sr. Business Operations Manager - Product Marketing: Build and scale a centralized business operations function for Integrated Platform & Product Marketing, with an accent on operating cadences, planning/resource management, and operational rigor at global scale. Location: San Jose, California; Morrisville, North Carolina; Boulder, Colorado (United States)

Salary: $155,000-175,000

What you will do

  • Run operating cadences and action tracking to ensure decisions, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables are completed.
  • Operationalize planning cycles (annual, mid-year, quarterly) and manage end-to-end budgets for fiscal alignment.
  • Implement and maintain consistent processes, performance tracking frameworks, and dashboards for IPPM initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to roll out training and development programs to level up skills across a transforming global organization.
  • Manage internal communication channels and support the Chief of Staff on prioritized cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Consulting, or related fields.
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve standard business operations processes.
  • Strong operational execution and experience scaling processes with data-driven insights and decision support.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and experience supporting executive-level deliverables.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
