Salary: $155,000-175,000

What you will do
- Run operating cadences and action tracking to ensure decisions, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables are completed.
- Operationalize planning cycles (annual, mid-year, quarterly) and manage end-to-end budgets for fiscal alignment.
- Implement and maintain consistent processes, performance tracking frameworks, and dashboards for IPPM initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to roll out training and development programs to level up skills across a transforming global organization.
- Manage internal communication channels and support the Chief of Staff on prioritized cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Consulting, or related fields.
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve standard business operations processes.
- Strong operational execution and experience scaling processes with data-driven insights and decision support.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and experience supporting executive-level deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
