What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams from product development, manufacturing, and partners to deliver products to market.
• Coordinate with technology and manufacturing partners to ensure timely delivery of prototypes and early production units.
• Manage the overall product lifecycle, including value engineering, portfolio management, and end-of-life processes.
• Drive risk mitigation and prevention plans to ensure new product release objectives for cost, quality, and lead time are met.
• Implement product improvement initiatives in partnership with engineering and monitor quality metrics (production yields, RMAs).
• Perform post-project-assessments (PPAs) after each release to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is a must.
• 4+ years of direct engineering experience in the fabrication and manufacturing of electronic products.
• Must be based in Taiwan with legal work rights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for executives.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• MS/MBA degree and PMP certification.
• Direct experience in engineering product development and product management.
• Experience negotiating with external partners, sales, and external customers.
• Significant contributions to hardware and software development processes.
