What you will do

• Manage external engineering firms, subcontractors, and internal disciplines (civil, electrical, network, permitting) to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet contractual requirements and consider country-specific impacts on design and cost.
• Lead internal and external design review meetings and verify compliance with ISO 9001 quality programs.
• Promote a culture of value engineering and innovate system design approaches.
• Support procurement by developing technical specifications and reviewing vendor and subcontractor proposals.
• Review designs to ensure absolute compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in Power Systems design for utility installations, PV plants, or Battery Storage Systems in the EMEA region.
• Experience in EPC for High Voltage Systems, Wind, Solar, or Conventional Power Generation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously within budget.
• Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and regulations used in the EMEA region.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
