What you will do

• Develop and improve a group-wide, risk-based physical security framework, including policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Implement and optimize site security concepts across various business segments and locations.
• Conduct risk and threat assessments for sabotage, vandalism, espionage, and unauthorized access.
• Manage the tendering and procurement of security services with a focus on quality and cost.
• Define security requirements for new sites, buildings, and leases.
• Coordinate executive protection activities and security for high-profile events.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Physical Security within corporate or complex operational environments.
• Expertise in physical security technologies, systems, and standards such as ISO 27001.
• Understanding of IT and OT environments, specifically regarding grid and energy infrastructure.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
• Valid driver’s license (Class B).
• Must be based in or able to work from Essen or Hannover, Germany.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CPO.
