Salary: $169,000–$314,000 (inclusive of incentives).

What you will do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives within the assigned territory.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops for customers and partners.
- Support the full sales cycle from prospecting and technical qualification to commercial negotiation and project closure.
- Provide consultative support regarding asset monitoring, condition assessment, and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to communicate market requirements and Voice of Customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and sales forecasts within Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- 7–10+ years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or power systems engineering.
- Proven success supporting or selling high-voltage monitoring and diagnostic solutions.
- Deep understanding of power transformers, substations, GIS, and T&D infrastructure.
- Ability to travel extensively (40–60%) within the assigned US North-East territory.
- Strong understanding of IEEE, IEC, and utility industry standards.

- Advanced technical or business education.
- Experience working with utilities, OEMs, EPCs, or industrial end users.
- Familiarity with digital substations and SCADA integration.
