What you will do

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of on-site power and heat generation plants.
• Provide guidance, advice, and assistance to clients regarding plant exploitation.
• Manage work clearance and oversee maintenance activities with a focus on instrumentation and control.
• Analyze plant-related issues, defects, and incidents to implement appropriate solutions.
• Identify optimization measures and negotiate agreements with customers and suppliers.
• Handle troubleshooting during unplanned downtimes and participate in an on-call service.

Requirements

• Higher technical degree or similar qualification with experience in power generation and utilities.
• Project management skills and knowledge of process technology and automation.
• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and business fluent in English (C1).
• Flexible mobility across Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Stress resistance, responsiveness, and strong communication skills.
