What you will do

  • Develop technical concepts and solutions for small to large-scale projects within budget and scope.
  • Lead process design, drive technical discussions, and specify components for line solutions.
  • Manage the pre-project lifecycle from initial customer need evaluation to handover to implementation teams.
  • Define project deliverables and scope based on strategic and economic evaluations.
  • Organize and lead design and risk reviews, establish time schedules, and set performance commitments.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional pre-project teams to ensure efficiency and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Process, or Food Engineering.
  • Fluent German (native level) and strong English skills.
  • 5–7 years of experience in engineering, commissioning, and project leadership.
  • Proven background in the food or liquid processing industry (e.g., dairy, liquid, or prepared foods).
  • Experience in bidding, tendering, and managing installation projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and AutoCAD.
