What you will do

• Manage copyright enforcement matters end-to-end, from demand letters to litigation.
• Collaborate with the General Counsel and Operations team to refine legal playbooks and processes.
• Partner with the CTO and Technology team to improve the AI-powered IP enforcement platform.
• Provide strategic legal support to clients across entertainment, luxury brands, and sports sectors.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (active, in good standing).
• US citizen or visa holder only.
• 6+ years of experience in media/entertainment law and/or copyright law.
• Proven track record in pre-litigation IP enforcement and high-stakes negotiation.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle a high volume of cases with high quality.

Nice to have

• Experience working in-house for record labels/music publishers or specialized law firms.
• Background working in plaintiff-side firms.
• An existing client base or professional network in the music industry.
