What you will do

• Manage complex multi-executive schedules and strategically prioritize time in alignment with business goals.
• Own executive inboxes by triaging, prioritizing, and responding to external requests and vendors.
• Ensure leadership is fully prepared for the day with briefing notes, meeting context, and action items.
• Coordinate comprehensive end-to-end domestic and international travel and expense reporting.
• Support strategic projects and internal initiatives, handling research tasks independently.
• Act as the primary professional liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably in finance, technology, AI, or startups.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional and warm tone.
• Meticulous attention to detail, particularly regarding scheduling and travel logistics.
• Strong judgment and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency with modern productivity tools and familiarity with AI tools or workflow automation.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Mateo, CA.
