What you will do

• Respond accurately to client queries through phone, live chat, email, and the case management system.
• Process, maintain, and administer HR transactions across talent development, mobility, workforce administration, talent acquisition, remuneration, and HR helpdesk services.
• Process transfers, relocations, international mobility, organizational structure changes, and leave and absence requests.
• Clarify HR policies and procedures for clients and employees.
• Manage assigned process areas according to hirify.global methodology and transition plans.
• Maintain process maps, procedures, and other documentation within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in the HR domain.
• English and Slovenian at minimum B2 level.
• High school diploma.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate smoothly with team members and strong analytical skills for reporting.
