Global Operations Lead (Tax Technology)

What you will do

• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure compliance with local tax and e-invoicing requirements.
• Guide planning and resource management for Starlink verticals, including business model development.
• Identify, track, and execute strategic business initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead the implementation of process and system enhancements to scale the business and improve customer experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build a strong network and ensure global compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance (or HS diploma with 3+ years of professional experience).
• 1+ year of experience working abroad or with corporate operations outside of the United States.
• 1+ year of experience with analytical skills, including Excel modeling.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee per ITAR regulations.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Javascript, R, SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, Ruby).
