Senior Order Operations Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end order-to-cash path, including order intake, Salesforce booking, Metronome provisioning, Rillet invoicing and revenue recognition, amendments, true-ups, and renewals.
• Build cloud marketplace operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including private offers, usage reporting, and reconciliation of marketplace disbursements.
• Operate self-serve billing processes covering usage metering, plan changes, dunning, credits, rebills, refunds, and escalations.
• Own billing and usage completeness during month-end close and reconcile Metronome and Rillet data before revenue recognition.
• Set the automation roadmap, ship automations, and improve touchless order rate, signature-to-provisioned cycle time, and billing accuracy.
• Define operational playbooks and controls covering approvals, segregation of duties, reconciliations, exception handling, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience building an operations function in an early-stage or fast-scaling company.
• Hands-on experience with modern billing and ERP systems comparable to Salesforce, Metronome, and Rillet.
• Practical experience with usage-based pricing, including metered consumption, commits, drawdowns, overages, and true-ups.
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 and month-end close, plus experience with cloud marketplace private offers or comparable systems.
• Ability to work on-site in New York, NY, United States.

Nice to have

• SQL, Python, or low-code automation experience.
• Experience building agents or LLM workflows for internal operations on the LangSmith Platform.
• Audit preparation or SOX readiness experience.
