Corporate Actions & Asset Servicing

Location: New York, NY, United States; employees are required to work in the office 4 days per week.

Base salary: $160,000–$215,000 per year, excluding bonuses and equity.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Corporate Actions specialists, manage intraday queues, coordinate cross-training, and maintain operational coverage for market and depository deadlines.
• Oversee complex mandatory and voluntary corporate actions across U.S. and foreign securities, including SPAC extensions, mergers, tenders, rights offerings, and international elections.
• Direct the processing, balancing, entitlement calculation, and allocation of domestic and foreign dividends and other cash distributions.
• Manage fixed income and repo servicing, including principal and interest cash flows, factor adjustments, maturities, bond calls, manufacturing payments, and position adjustments.
• Oversee reconciliations between transaction files, internal ledgers, depository position sheets, and global books; resolve breaks and position variances.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on data master pipelines, platform enhancements, automation, AI assistance, and high-touch client escalations.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of financial services experience focused on Corporate Actions and Asset Servicing operations within a broker-dealer or clearing firm.
• Hands-on expertise with domestic and foreign corporate actions, fixed income servicing, repo, stock loan, and securities lending positions.
• Advanced data evaluation and reconciliation skills with high proficiency in Excel.
• SQL or automated data master experience is advantageous for managing large transaction sets.
• Series 7 and/or Series 99 required, or willingness to obtain the license within an agreed-upon timeline.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate under pressure and tight market deadlines.
