Salary: $160,000–$215,000

What you will do

• Supervise and develop a team of Corporate Actions specialists to meet strict market cutoffs.
• Oversee announcement capture, validation, and election execution for complex domestic and foreign equity events.
• Manage principal and interest cash flows, factor adjustments, and bond calls for fixed income and repo desks.
• Maintain strict control environments by reconciling internal ledgers against depository position sheets.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to automate workflows and eliminate legacy manual processes.
• Act as the primary escalation point for institutional clients regarding complex elections and funding exceptions.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of professional financial services experience in Corporate Actions and Asset Servicing.
• Proven expertise in foreign/international corporate actions and fixed income servicing.
• Must be able to work in the New York office 4 days per week.
• Advanced data evaluation and reconciliation skills with high proficiency in Excel.
• Series 7 and/or Series 99 license required (or willingness to obtain).
• Builder mentality with the ability to thrive under high-pressure market deadlines.

• Experience utilizing SQL or automated data master tools for large transaction sets.
