What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional squad of backend and iOS engineers focused on subscription growth and monetization.
• Partner with Product and Design to explore growth solutions across mobile and web applications using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Manage delivery by maintaining a healthy backlog, scheduling tech debt work, and breaking down complex tasks.
• Coach and mentor engineers, setting clear goals and decision-making frameworks.
• Ensure technical decisions are grounded in product context to support scalable growth strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading engineering teams in partnership with Product and Design.
• Strong analytical expertise in A/B testing and data attribution, specifically within a growth domain.
• Experience building high-volume third-party integrations for subscriptions (e.g., Apple, Android, Stripe).
• Proven track record leading consumer-facing native app development using agile methodologies.
• Must be based in the US

• Prior software engineering experience specifically focused on native iOS applications.
