What you will do

• Lead and grow the team managing Statsig’s global delivery infrastructure and 30+ SDKs.
• Define technical strategy for highly available, low-latency evaluation systems operating at global scale.
• Improve SDK ergonomics, performance, and consistency across diverse platforms.
• Expand SDK coverage to support emerging languages, frameworks, and runtimes.
• Establish shared architecture and quality standards across a large polyglot codebase.
• Partner with product and infrastructure teams to solve complex integration challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid).
• Experience developing production SDKs or developer-facing libraries.
• Broad technical range across multiple programming languages and platforms.
• Experience leading teams responsible for developer infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of API/SDK design, including ergonomics and backward compatibility.
• Ability to build highly available systems where failures impact end-user experiences.
