What you will do

• Lead agile engineering teams delivering B2B SaaS software for corporate travel solutions.
• Guide architectural decisions for distributed systems, API design, and backend service architecture.
• Manage the full people lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Drive organizational transformation and optimize agile methodologies to improve delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with product and design functions to articulate and execute a clear technical vision.
• Adopt and promote AI-assisted development tools to enhance team productivity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in engineering leadership.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams within B2B SaaS applications.
• Strong technical fundamentals in backend architecture and distributed systems.
• Proven track record of coaching engineers at multiple levels through structured feedback.
• Must be able to work from the Concord or Cambridge, MA office 3 days per week.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
