What you will do

• Develop and execute a fully integrated B2B marketing strategy across the entire customer journey from consideration through renewal.
• Drive new customer acquisition and lead generation via digital ads, email, social, and partner programs.
• Manage the ZOLL Data Systems website, focusing on SEO/SEM, content architecture, and conversion optimization.
• Create brand-aligned copy and oversee the design of marketing assets by partnering with internal teams and outside vendors.
• Track campaign performance and optimize results through data-driven reporting and monitoring.
• Mentor and coach junior marketing team members to maximize productivity and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading professional marketing teams.
• Experience working in a Software, IT, SaaS, or Cloud Computing environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Experience working in the Healthcare, Fire, or EMS industry.
