What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse tech and consulting positions.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team to implement effective talent attraction strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align recruitment strategies.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Provide market insights on industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in global talent acquisition, preferably in tech services or consulting.
• Exceptional professional English language proficiency (written and verbal).
• Deep understanding of labor markets in EMEA, North America, and LATAM.
• Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones.

• Advanced degree or relevant HR certifications.
