Senior Business Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $185,000–$230,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Build systems for managing customer delivery obligations and service objectives across military, federal, and international deployments.
• Partner with finance and engineering to analyze cost structures, identify improvements, and reduce operational friction.
• Design scalable business systems, tools, lightweight processes, and AI agents across finance, delivery, recruiting, HR, onboarding, and vendor management.
• Develop strategies to identify, attract, hire, and onboard senior and specialized talent for future growth areas.
• Shape the business and operating model for a high-growth customer or mission area.
• Own special projects such as strategic investment analysis, goal-tracking infrastructure, and process redesign.

Requirements

• Approximately 5–10+ years of relevant experience in national security, management consulting, high-growth startups, or a comparable environment.
• Experience executing initiatives, building new systems, scaling commercial or business operations, and supporting growth.
• Strong ownership, autonomy, judgment, and ability to operate effectively with ambiguity.
• Ability to build efficient tools and processes that reduce unnecessary cost and operational effort.
• Strong cross-functional project execution and ability to build credibility with senior leaders.
