Location: Hybrid, based in the Heidelberg or Berlin office, Germany

What you will do

• Support strategic projects including talent-pipeline initiatives, community-growth efforts, and project-management framework improvements.
• Develop clear, high-quality communications for internal and external stakeholders about the mission, research, and results.
• Support model release pipeline activities and coordinate blog posts and conference talks.
• Co-design and implement processes that improve information exchange across departments.
• Contribute to varied strategic and operational initiatives in collaboration with AI research and industry experts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in consulting, technology, venture capital, high-growth startups, or a similar fast-paced environment, or an impressive project or company built independently.
• Versatile generalist profile with the ability to work across topics and deliver results under uncertainty.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starting, humble, self-aware, and collaborative approach.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
• Applicants may come from business, engineering, natural sciences, or other educational backgrounds; a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is not required.
• Available for a full-time internship or working-student position lasting at least 6 months.
