Finance Transformation & Change Specialist

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices. Travel is required for client-facing work.

Salary: $110,000.00–$117,750.00 annually.

What you will do

• Lead finance transformation initiatives from planning through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, governance, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Design and execute change management strategies, including impact assessments, communication, engagement, and training plans.
• Monitor adoption metrics and business outcomes while identifying barriers and implementing continuous improvements.
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, transformation methodologies, and workshop materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in change management, transformation, program management, business operations, consulting, or a related area.
• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong project and program management, organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with organizational transformation, process improvement, or technology adoption initiatives.
• Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar change management methodologies.
• Experience in Finance, Operations, Shared Services, or other corporate functions.
• Experience with AI enablement, workforce planning, process modernization, operating model changes, or large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience developing executive communications and facilitating leadership workshops.
