Director, Rules Governance and Transformation (AI)

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom; office attendance expectations will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager.

What you will do

• Define the strategy, target outcomes, and roadmap for hirify.global Rules Self-Assessment in partnership with the Senior Director.
• Lead governance, stakeholder alignment, executive communications, escalations, and trade-off management across Rules owners, PERC, and EPTA.
• Improve hirify.global Rules inquiries, escalation paths, playbooks, process flows, RACI models, and related operational workflows.
• Present insights on assessment outcomes, trends, process improvements, and automation readiness to executive audiences.
• Enable automation and AI initiatives by aligning governance and controls, supporting change adoption, and transitioning solutions into business-as-usual operations.
• Lead and develop a small, high-impact team supporting strategic and operational objectives.

Requirements

• 10 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8 years of work experience with an advanced degree such as a Master’s, MBA, JD, or MD.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including performance management and coaching.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, written communication, verbal communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience leading business transformation, operating model improvement, or technology-enabled change across complex stakeholder environments and multiple functions or regions.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives, business requirements, successful deliverables, data analytics, performance metrics, and operational improvements.
• hirify.global experience or in-depth knowledge of payment solutions, including card payments, ACH, push payments, or hirify.global Rules, is highly desired.

• Experience with AI tools.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Rules and payment ecosystem risk and controls.
