Principal Program Manager (ERP Transformation)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Rochester, New York headquarters, United States

Salary: $176,500–$208,400 annually, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Define the enterprise modernization charter, target operating model, target architecture, investment case, roadmap, benefits plan, and executive governance.
• Assess NetSuite, Boomi, integrations, SaaS products, commercial systems, finance processes, data flows, controls, and technical debt.
• Lead the recommendation between retaining and modernizing the current ERP environment or replacing it.
• Re-baseline and re-sequence in-flight initiatives based on strategic fit, value, technical alignment, readiness, and dependencies.
• Own program budgets, forecasts, resource planning, vendor spend, financial controls, benefits realization, and executive reporting.
• Lead integrated delivery across ERP, quote-to-cash, billing, payments, subscriptions, revenue operations, data migration, testing, release readiness, adoption, and stabilization.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional business, technology, ERP, or enterprise transformation programs, including 5+ years with major ERP or financial-systems modernization.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, forecasts, vendor spend, benefits realization, governance, RAID management, dependencies, executive reporting, and program controls.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting, order-to-cash, billing, payments, subscriptions, revenue operations, commercial data flows, internal controls, data governance, and process transformation.
• Experience influencing matrix teams across Finance, Product, Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Operations, Security, Data, and external partners without direct authority.
• U.S. business-systems transformation experience is required, with working knowledge of Canadian operations and cross-border entities, currencies, taxes, and reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, Boomi, cloud enterprise applications, and APIs.
• Experience in a product and technology company with customer-facing SaaS, billing, revenue, or service-delivery systems.
• Experience recovering, re-baselining, or turning around an in-flight transformation program.
• PMP, PgMP, Prosci, ERP-platform certification, MBA, master's degree, or CPA.
