Director, PMO

Location: Hybrid in London, Amsterdam, Berlin, or Dublin

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery for complex, high-value enterprise software engagements from kickoff through go-live and handover.
• Apply and improve project management standards, methodologies, templates, and processes across implementations.
• Maintain project status, risk, milestone, and value-delivery tracking, consolidating updates into team rituals and leadership dashboards.
• Identify risks and blockers early and coordinate resolution across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
• Partner with Customer Success leadership to develop PMO tooling, reporting infrastructure, and operational practices.
• Design and maintain Customer Success onboarding and continuous learning systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or PMO.
• Experience managing enterprise software projects or large-scale transformation programs.
• Track record of applying and improving project management standards and processes.
• Strong communication skills for explaining project status, risks, and trade-offs to senior leaders and customers.
• Comfort with data, automated reporting, dashboards, tracking systems, and project management tools such as Fibery, Jira, or Asana.
• Fluent English is required.

• Experience in infrastructure or the energy sector.
• Knowledge of additional European languages.
