What you will do

• Build and scale world-class engineering teams through strategic hiring and mentoring.
• Drive the delivery of resilient, enterprise-grade AI solutions that provide measurable customer value.
• Partner with Staff and Principal Engineers to ensure architectural excellence and reliability.
• Foster a culture of ownership, bias for action, and decentralized decision-making.
• Translate company strategy into clear objectives and measurable outcomes for the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Business leaders.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 3–5+ years of experience in people leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade systems at scale.
• Strong ability to attract, develop, and retain top-tier engineering talent.
• Experience in scaling organizations and building efficient operational systems.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Berlin office.
