📋 Description

• Partner with life sciences customers to translate questions into analyses.
• Lead studies using real-world EHR data (~120M+ patients).
• Guide customers on real-world evidence best practices.
• Balance rapid analyses with deeper investigations and scientific rigor.
• Advise on study design, bias considerations, and statistical interpretation.
• Deliver demos showing platform capabilities to customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergrad or grad degree in clinical research, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role delivering research studies.
• 3+ years wrangling and analyzing EHR data or real-world data sources.
• Strong SQL, R and/or Python for statistical analysis.
• Experience with large, multi-domain healthcare datasets and distributed computing.
• Willingness to learn new coding languages and internal tools.
