What you will do

• Develop dashboards and standardized reporting utilizing PowerBI, SQL, and Databricks for reconciliation and forecasting.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify reporting variances, trend changes, and forecasting shifts.
• Produce monthly KPIs and support month-end close and audit inquiries.
• Proactively identify reporting gaps and bottlenecks to implement performance enhancements.
• Deliver accurate ad-hoc data analysis for finance, accounting, and executive management teams.
• Map current workflows and create detailed documentation and user training guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare, technology, or process improvement.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
