What you will do

• Perform root cause analysis on order volume, test conversion rates, and account health to drive growth strategies.
• Produce monthly KPIs and month-end reporting, identifying drivers for performance changes.
• Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and scorecards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Analyze ad-hoc data requests to provide actionable insights to the commercial team.
• Map workflows and design future-state processes with clear documentation and user training.
• Conduct quality audits and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new analytical tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required.
• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare, technology, or process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, collaborative problem-solving approach.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
