What you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design, automate, and maintain critical metrics, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity and quality using tools like dbt.
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to identify growth and retention opportunities.
- Champion data accessibility and literacy across the organization.
- Embed AI tools and agentic workflows to accelerate analysis and improve team AI maturity.
Requirements
- Must reside and have the legal right to work in the UK, Latvia, or Spain.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Economics.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics within a SaaS B2B environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and dbt.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase, Looker, or Lightdash.
- Experience with version control (git) and AI-driven analytics development.
Nice to have
- Experience building retention, churn, and lifetime-value models.
- Knowledge of causal inference techniques.
- Experience with Snowflake, Hex, and data orchestration tools like Airflow.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and agentic AI platforms like Dust or n8n.
