What you will do

• Influence product roadmap and channel investment decisions through data-driven insights.
• Own the experimentation strategy, including test design, sample-size estimation, and results interpretation.
• Apply causal inference methods to identify drivers of metric movement.
• Partner with Data Science to contribute to predictive models for churn, LTV, and conversion propensity.
• Analyze conversion funnels and paid channel performance across SEM, Social, and CRM.
• Design intuitive Looker dashboards to democratize data and elevate self-service capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics or data science.
• 5+ years of experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
• Expert SQL skills and advanced experience with Looker or Tableau.
• Experience with Python or R for scalable analytical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of experimental design, statistical inference, and causal inference techniques.
• Experience with subscription-based business models and marketing analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-touch attribution (MTA) or media mix modeling (MMM).
• Familiarity with telehealth or subscription-based healthcare models.
• Experience with experimentation platforms like GrowthBook.
• Technical proficiency in DBT, Airflow, and Databricks.
