What you will do

• Partner with compliance leaders to translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Define North Star metrics and KPIs to ensure cross-departmental alignment and prevent data silos.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify internal and external data sources and highlight quality gaps.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to design scalable data pipelines and provide business logic for transformations.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate data integrity and logic before production deployment.
• Design and build sophisticated dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to drive high adoption among non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4-8+ years of experience in a Senior Analyst or Analytics Consultant role focused on end-to-end data product delivery.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and either Python or R.
• Demonstrated mastery of visualization tools like Tableau, Mode, or PowerBI.
• Strong experience with DBT and Git for version control and data transformation.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineering and executive teams.
• AI readiness: Proficient in leveraging AI tools for SQL prototyping and documentation automation.
