• Lead the global recruitment strategy for all technical and engineering functions.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior and critical technical positions.
• Partner with business leaders to determine workforce planning requirements.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and robust talent pipelines.
• Utilize market intelligence and talent analytics to inform recruiting decisions.
• Drive diversity recruiting efforts and implement inclusive hiring practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of overall recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting semiconductor, software, or engineering talent.
• Proven experience supporting global workforces.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing technologies.
