TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist (HR/Recruiting): Building and maintaining talent pipelines and screening candidates for EMEA roles with an accent on market intelligence and proactive sourcing. Focus on leveraging AI tools and sourcing platforms to optimize recruiting outcomes and efficiency.
Location: Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 from home) based in Barcelona, Spain
Compensation: Annual bonus with a target payout of 10% of base salary

What you will do
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Advisors to identify and attract active and passive candidates across EMEA.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications and interest.
- Manage candidate records and ensure data quality within the Oracle Recruiting Cloud ATS.
- Utilize AI tools, including Copilot Premium and LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, to increase sourcing effectiveness.
- Research talent markets and competitor landscapes to refine sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and German is required.
- Must be based in or able to work in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid).
- 2-4 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment support.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and track sourcing activity.

- Knowledge of the TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certification) industry.
