What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build proactive, multi-channel pipelines for difficult-to-fill technical and professional positions.
• Use Boolean search, talent mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networking to identify specialized candidates.
• Advise hiring managers and senior leaders by translating business needs into focused search strategies and candidate profiles.
• Strengthen employer branding and deliver an inclusive, efficient, high-touch candidate experience.
• Use market insights, pipeline data, and recruiting metrics to improve hiring speed and quality.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technical, engineering, operations, or regulated professional environments.
• Expert sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional networking.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools.
• Ability to understand engineering, operations, and technical professional roles and build rapport with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong strategic communication skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide candid feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches while maintaining quality and communication.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in life sciences, advanced manufacturing, or other highly regulated and precision-driven industries.
• Demonstrated success engaging passive candidates and converting them into active interest.
