What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to onboarding.
  • Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies for specialized technical roles.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate business needs into effective search strategies.
  • Utilize market data and recruiting metrics to optimize search methodology.
  • Strengthen employer brand and ensure a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical or engineering sectors.
  • Expert-level sourcing skills including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proven experience with ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools.
  • Ability to influence and provide candid feedback to senior stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting in highly regulated industries like life sciences or advanced manufacturing.
  • Proven success in engaging passive candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.
